Events

A typical session lasts about 60 to 120 minutes, but it can vary depending on the practitioner and the client's needs. Every event and session is tailored to fit a specific goal, healing modality, and participant level of experience so you will always know before going in.

We always do intake sessions before longer and more inclusive wellness experiences however for more general public experiences we also recommend that you Fast for at least 2-8 hours before your experience for best results. Please talk to your health provider to find out if that is right for you, as we do not diagnose or provide medical advice.

No, not at all. Just show up and be open to a healing experience, preferably with a couple blankets, eye cover, comfortable warm clothes and a yoga mat unless you donated for us to provide those or you.

We create publicly open containers for all levels of experience and practice to join. Furthermore, for our more immersive and deeper experiences we provide in-take, preparation guidelines, support and follow up inviting usually more experienced clients who have attended experiences or have had 1:1 Journeys with us prior. We will never take you further than you are prepared and ready to go.
